At Swasho, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, leaking, or defective

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Returns NOT Accepted for:

  • Used products

  • Opened packaging or broken seals

  • Sale or promotional items (unless damaged)

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at swashobuys23@gmail.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos of the issue

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will verify and schedule a reverse pickup if eligible.

  3. Refunds will be initiated after the product passes quality check.

Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method within 5–7 working days

  • COD Orders: Refunded via UPI/Bank Transfer (you’ll be asked for your details)

Replacements

If the product is available, you can opt for a free replacement instead of a refund for damaged or incorrect items.
